- When you contact us — your name, company, email, phone number, and whatever details you share through our "Book an Inspection" form, email, or a call.
- When you use SyloCloudAI — your account details (name, work email, phone, organisation) and login information.
- When you visit our website — basic technical data like your IP address, browser, and pages viewed, mostly through cookies and standard analytics.
- During an inspection — technical data about your solar plant (drone imagery, EL images, module records, reports). This belongs to you, our client — we only process it to deliver your service.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiries and share quotes
- To plan and carry out inspections
- To create and run your SyloCloudAI account and deliver reports
- To keep you updated on your projects and our services
- To keep our website and portal secure
- To meet our legal and contractual obligations
We do not sell your data to anyone.
Who we share it with
We only share data where needed — with trusted service providers (hosting, cloud, email) who work on our behalf, with the client an engagement relates to, or with authorities if the law requires it. Everyone we work with is expected to protect your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as we need it to serve you and meet legal requirements. After that, we securely delete or anonymise it.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable security measures — access controls, encrypted connections, and role-based access on SyloCloudAI — to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we act quickly if anything goes wrong.

- Correct or update it
- Delete it when it's no longer needed
- Withdraw consent you've given
