You may use our website for genuine business purposes only. Please don't misuse it — for example, don't try to hack, disrupt, copy, or scrape it, or use it in any unlawful way.

Details of our services are shared through quotes, proposals, and agreements. The specific scope, pricing, and timelines of any work are governed by the separate agreement or purchase order signed between us and the client — those terms take priority for the actual work.

If you're given access to SyloCloudAI:

• Keep your login details safe and don't share them.
• You're responsible for activity under your account.
• Let us know immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

We may suspend access if an account is misused or if required to protect the platform.

Our inspections and reports are based on the data captured at the time of service using industry-standard methods (IEC TS 62446-3). They're meant to support your decisions, not replace your own judgement or professional advice. Findings reflect conditions at the time of inspection.

Inspection data and reports we produce for a client belong to that client, as set out in the relevant agreement.

Our website content, branding, SyloCloudAI platform, and software are owned by Sylo Energy and protected by law. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute them without our written permission.

Our website may link to other sites (like client or partner websites). We're not responsible for their content or practices — please review their own terms.

We provide our website and services in good faith and with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited as set out in the relevant service agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Kurukshetra, Haryana.
